It is a hard fact that at present due to cost of instrument involved only the rich or middle class people can afford minimal access surgery. For the poor and needy, we provide laparoscopic surgery completely free of cost. There is no charge attached to any service at our hospital for these category of patients. This free service is provided to economically disadvantaged people irrespective of race, colour, language, class, creed, religion or region
